The key to sustained improvement and lasting change is in the manner in which that change is implemented. We specialize in managing change and creating a true “F&I Culture” for your dealership. We do this by creating short-term goals that are easy for your people to understand and implement. We also understand that change is not an event that can be forced in just a few weeks. Lasting change takes time and diligent effort to become the normal.

The key to our success is and always will be communication. We create an atmosphere of transparency and frank interaction with you and your people. We also understand that our strategies and methods may require modification midstream in order to create the results we ultimately desire. We are physically inside your dealership weekly to make sure we have strong communication with your people. We also create a formal meeting schedule with owners and managers to discuss our progress, our successes and our failures
MEASURE
Monthly Roundtable Meetings
We create a fixed, monthly platform for communication among the management, owners and your ProMark development team. This meeting focuses on profitability measurement, short-term goal progress and long-term goal creation. This format also serves as a forum for shared best practices and problem solving.
Real-time Data
Even in sports, you need to keep score if you want to improve. Our online reporting platform provides up-to-date information at your fingertips directly from your DMS system. We provide analytics that allow you, your management team and us to inspect even the most detailed results of our combined efforts. As is with most of our current clients, you will find it hard to imagine how you managed your F&I and sales operations without it.
Create Accountability
Through constant communication and presence in your dealership, we not only lay out a game plan for success, we monitor everyone’s role in its progression.
